2011 Staff Development Objectives:

To provide educational programming based on credentialing, accreditation, agency and individual staff needs
To provide staff education relating to requirements and needs as delineated by Federal, State and hospital policies and accreditation standards
To assist with online learning modules, teleconferences and satellite programs in order to make training more accessible and reduces the costs for the agency
Accredited educational activities that assist licensed clinical staff in maintaining licensure/certification
To build on the success of Learning through partnerships and career development
