The mission of the Admission and Disposition Department is to provide for the effective and effective and discharge of all patients at Harris Hospital and to provide a safe path and timely entry transition process for newly arrived patients.  Since the Admissions and Dispositions area is the first and last place our patients experience assistance in the hospital, assistance will be delivered with compassion and care so that our patients will retain a positive experience about their hospitalization.

If you are visiting a patient at Harris Hospital, please park in front of the main entrance to the hospital where you will see the United States Flag. When you enter the hospital, please check in at the Front Desk. Patient visits are typically reserved for immediate family members.

Weekdays 6 - 8 p.m.

Weekends & Holidays

2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m.

With prior arrangements, and only under special circumstances, children under 13 may visit.

Bring 5 sets of appropriate clothing. Patients should leave sexually provocative clothing and items with alcohol - or drug- related logos at home.

Shoes are appropriate - No shoe strings  - No boots.
